Dedicated monthly capacity

For contractors bidding steady volume. A fixed monthly amount buys ongoing estimating capacity — a set volume of takeoffs and estimates each month, one point of contact, and priority turnaround. It is capacity you draw on, not a person you are renting: the deliverables, the QA/QC, and the senior sign-off work exactly the same.

Scales down in slow months. No recruiting, no ramp-up, no fixed salary.
