The production team
Degreed architects and engineers — people who read structural drawings and spec sections for a living, not data-entry labor. They work to U.S. construction standards, in CSI MasterFormat, with U.S. pricing data only.
The same deliverable, every time
One QA/QC checklist, one traceability rule — every quantity back to a sheet — and one gate: nothing is issued without senior sign-off. Where the work is done doesn't change what you receive.
Why the model exists
Good engineers cost less outside the United States. That's the whole mechanism. We pass that difference through, and the result is that a mid-sized contractor gets estimating capacity it otherwise could not afford — a full estimating operation for less than half the loaded cost of one local hire.
We're straightforward about where the team is because hiding it would look worse than saying it. The question that matters isn't where the takeoff was done. It's whether the quantities are right, whether the pricing is local to your market, and whether someone in the U.S. puts their name on the number. On all three, the answer is built into the process.
